　　一、工作原理

　　1、 Working principle

　　整個(gè)除塵焦粉輸送系統(tǒng)由氣源、變送器、輸送管道、防堵除渣管道、廢氣處置控制閥組、PLC控制系統(tǒng)等組成。

　　氣力輸送系統(tǒng)工藝流程：

　　Process flow of pneumatic conveying system:

　　（1） 進(jìn)料階段：當(dāng)氣力輸送系統(tǒng)進(jìn)料閥門口翻開(kāi)時(shí)，輸送過(guò)程中的物料落入泵體。當(dāng)物料的泵內(nèi)接觸料位計(jì)探頭時(shí)，料位計(jì)發(fā)出滿信號(hào)，進(jìn)料閥自動(dòng)關(guān)閉，完成進(jìn)料過(guò)程。

　　(1) Feeding stage: When the inlet valve of the pneumatic conveying system is opened, the material during the conveying process falls into the pump body. When the material pump contacts the level gauge probe, the level gauge sends a full signal, and the feeding valve automatically closes, completing the feeding process.

　　（2）加壓階段：當(dāng)氣力輸送系統(tǒng)進(jìn)氣閥翻開(kāi)時(shí)，緊縮的氣體從泵體底部的氣化室進(jìn)入，經(jīng)過(guò)氣化室擴(kuò)散，壓力逐步升高。

　　(2) Pressure stage: When the intake valve of the pneumatic conveying system is opened, the compressed gas enters from the gasification chamber at the bottom of the pump body and diffuses through the gasification chamber, gradually increasing the pressure.

　　（3）輸送的階段：當(dāng)氣力輸送系統(tǒng)泵體內(nèi)壓力到達(dá)一定值時(shí)，輸送系統(tǒng)的排出閥自動(dòng)開(kāi)啟。在泵內(nèi)壓力的作用下，氣化爐上部物料快速流入輸送管停止輸送。在這個(gè)過(guò)程中，氣化爐上的物料在活動(dòng)時(shí)總是處于保送狀態(tài)。

　　(3) Transportation stage: When the pressure inside the pneumatic conveying system pump reaches a certain value, the discharge valve of the conveying system automatically opens. Under the pressure inside the pump, the upper material of the gasifier quickly flows into the conveying pipe and stops conveying. During this process, the materials on the gasifier are always in a guaranteed state during operation.

　　（4）吹掃階段:當(dāng)物料在管道中輸送時(shí)，當(dāng)泵內(nèi)壓力降至管道阻力時(shí)，控制系統(tǒng)供應(yīng)一定時(shí)間的空氣，用緊縮空氣對(duì)管道停止清洗，然后每隔一定時(shí)間關(guān)閉進(jìn)、出口閥門，完成保送過(guò)程，進(jìn)入下一個(gè)循環(huán)。

　　(4) Blowing stage: When the material is transported in the pipeline and the pressure inside the pump drops to the pipeline resistance, the control system supplies air for a certain period of time, stops cleaning the pipeline with compressed air, and then closes the inlet and outlet valves at regular intervals to complete the delivery process and enter the next cycle.

　　（1） 如果氣力輸送系統(tǒng)中有管道梗塞，應(yīng)先疏浚筒倉(cāng)泵。管道疏浚后，按下就地控制箱上的管道梗塞消弭按鈕（報(bào)警復(fù)位），使氣力輸送系統(tǒng)正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。本設(shè)備配有防堵安裝，需求直接手動(dòng)操作

　　(1) If there is a pipeline blockage in the pneumatic conveying system, the silo pump should be dredged first. After dredging the pipeline, press the pipeline blockage elimination button (alarm reset) on the local control box to ensure the normal operation of the pneumatic conveying system. This device is equipped with anti blocking installation and requires direct manual operation

　　（2）倉(cāng)泵調(diào)試時(shí)，應(yīng)調(diào)整液位計(jì)的靈活度、各程序的動(dòng)作時(shí)間和各程序的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間，并設(shè)置各種壓力值。普通狀況下，不要隨意調(diào)整。（3） 在操作過(guò)程中，經(jīng)常檢查氣力輸送系統(tǒng)倉(cāng)泵各部件工作能否正常。

　　(2) When debugging the storage pump, the flexibility of the liquid level gauge, the action time of each program, and the operation time of each program should be adjusted, and various pressure values should be set.
